Anette von Eichel’s Inner Tide bursts with wildly poetic acoustic jazz—full of space for improvisation, dynamics, contemplation, and the joy of interplay. For this project, Anette has chosen some of Germany’s most renowned jazz musicians, but above all, her favorite musical companions.
Kaleidoscopia
The new edition of Anette von Eichel’s Kaleidoscopia, featuring Marko Lackner on saxophone and Simon Seidl on piano, explores the typical archaic songs in jazz from that era. It draws inspiration from the original harmonies of the Broadway versions while also incorporating original compositions by the three musicians.
