    Intimate moods, sophisticated covers (such as “Speak Low”), originals (notably: “Sing Sing,” “Travelling,” “Cages”), and an alto voice intoned with precision down to the millimeter. The chemistry within the formation is perfect. It\u2019s hard not to be seduced by this compelling recording.

    Anette von Eichel has hit a real home run. The nine tracks, inspired by Holly Golightly, the main character from *Breakfast at Tiffany\u2019s* (but, except for “Moon River,” not directly borrowed), open up a truly magical corridor of unpretentious nostalgia, modern jazz vocal artistry, and exciting instrumental gems. The way she intones each song, filling it with emotion, astonishes, moves, and delights equally.
