(Anette von Eichel, September 2014)

I was busy doing nothing.
I was busy hanging out.
I was busy loosing my head,
Trying to hide me in the crowd.
I was busy on the sidewalks,
Always busy in my dreams.
Never knowing what to look for,
Never guessing what it means.

Now I see a silver lining.
Now I touch an open door.
Ahead of me my road in winding
But that ist scaring me no more.
I don’t know where it will take me.
I can’t guess all it will bring.
But I feel I won’t foresake me,
And to this I cling.
